Samsung is rolling out its October 2024 security update across its A series smartphones, focusing on fixing over 42 security vulnerabilities in its One UI firmware. Following the update for the Galaxy A55, it is now the Galaxy A54‘s turn to receive the important security patch.
Update Details
The Galaxy A54 update has started appearing in several European regions with the firmware version ‘A546BXXSACXI3’. While this code may vary by region, the update’s function remains the same globally. After rolling out in Europe, other regions, including Pakistan, are expected to receive the update within a few days.
To manually check for the update, go to your phone’s Settings >> Software Update section and select Check for Updates. If it’s available, you will be able to download and install it directly.
